Dispute Resolution Clause
If a dispute arises, both parties will first attempt to resolve it informally. If unresolved within 30 days, they will pursue mediation, sharing the cost equally. If mediation fails, the dispute will go to binding arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive relief if needed. This clause is governed by Nebraska law, and the prevailing party in legal action is entitled to attorney’s fees.
By agreeing to this contract, both parties accept this process.*
