These bars have a light crisp sweet shortbread crust with a smooth lemony topping made with the juice and zest of fresh lemons dusted lightly with confectioners sugar.
These bars come in 3 sizes:
Small - around 1x2" (minimum order of 16)
Medium - around 2x2" (minimum order of 8)
Large -around 2x4" (minimum order of 4)
The above minimums will come in a little white box as pictured. If you would like to order larger quantities, they will come in a regular larger bakery box.
