Basic delivery orders:
Lincoln City Limits have a $5 delivery fee
Waverly, Denton, Bennet, Palmyra, Hickman, and Roca have a $10 delivery fee.
Larger events/order deliveries with set up:
Delivery and set up fees for larger orders/events are $50 in Lincoln, and if outside city limits, an extra .70 per mile round trip. These orders are to be pre-arranged and invoiced separately.
